Please Don’t Choose Hell

Did you know that many people reject Jesus, not realizing that they are actually choosing Hell?
God gave me a vision of hell, and it changed my life.
I simply want to share my heart with you, and God’s heart towards you. God does not want you to go to hell, and He goes to great lengths to warn you throughout your life. Because He loves you, He has given you free will. My desire and responsibility is to give you information so that you can make an informed decision about your eternal destination.
The Bible informs us of what will take place in the afterlife and tells us there are only two places that exist. The only person who died, was buried, rose from the dead, and has seen both places is the Lord Jesus Christ. He spoke more about hell than anyone in the Bible. His words sound the alarm for all to hear.
I saw the horrors of hell, and I am pleading with you to please believe the words of Jesus. You know the Lord Jesus does not lie, and He doesn’t need any of us in heaven. But He died and conquered death to keep you out of hell – if you choose to turn to Him.
His love is so great for you, that He suffered a horrible death on the cross for us. Our sin separates us from a Holy God. But if we ask forgiveness for our sins and put our trust solely in Jesus Christ for our salvation we can avoid hell and receive eternal life. Jesus spoke of hell in forty-six verses, which is more than He did about heaven. This is because He is giving you a major warning. Listen to some of His words. Jesus said:
Luke 13:24-28, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able…There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and all
the prophets in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.”
John 15:6, If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned.
Matthew 25:41, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels
Matthew 24:51, And will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mark 9:43, And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire— where ‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’
I was speaking at a church in the San Diego area. The Pastor’s nephew invited his best friend to hear me speak about hell, and how to avoid it. At the end of the service, the friend said he didn’t believe a word I said, and did not believe Jesus is the only way to heaven. He said to his friend, the nephew, “Please, don’t talk to me any more about God or the Bible.” They went to breakfast a few days later, and the nephew tried one more time to explain the way of salvation saying, “Look, you are my best friend and I want you to go to heaven with me one day when we die.” His friend insisted he drop it, and said he never wants to hear about God again. So he got up from the table, got in his car and left. Five minutes later he was in an accident, and his car hit a brick wall and he died. He was only 23 years old. Now his friend couldn’t help think of what he was experiencing right at that moment. The young man heard me describe the horrors of hell, and now he was seeing it first-hand. He would regret his decision of rejecting Jesus for all eternity.
It is truly amazing to me that anyone would fight so hard to reject the good news of an eternal heaven and reject God’s love and free gift of salvation. There have been many people who were on their deathbed and got a glimpse of hell.
One particular man, Dr. Donald Whitaker, was a medical doctor and held a Ph.D. in medical research. He was in the hospital dying of what he called, “acute, necrotic, hemorrhagic, pancreatitis.” He said, “You don’t live with this disease.” He was also an atheist. One night he was on his deathbed slipping out of his body in the hospital. He was traveling down this long dark tunnel. And in his words: “It was so, so dark; I felt untold terror, untold terror. Because I knew that if I ever slipped all the way out of my body, I would never get back. In my being of beings, I knew that. I thought, how do I get saved? What is saved?” He had one friend who was a Christian, and when he returned to his body, he immediately called him and asked him how to get saved. He said he didn’t want to go to hell, so please, please help me! This man wasn’t even in hell. He was just on his way and was absolutely terrified. We have a recording of him telling this story on TV. To see the sincerity on his face, and to hear the fear he expressed is moving, and very convincing. He was extremely credible. The point is that you don’t want to wait until this point to find out that the Bible is true, and there really is a hell.
Here are just some of warnings about hell in the Bible:
Psalms 11:6, Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest.
Psalms 140:10, Let burning coals fall upon them; Let them be cast into the fire, Into deep pits, that they rise not up again.
Isaiah 33:12-14, The people shall be as the burnings of lime: As thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire…who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
Proverbs 11:23, But the expectation of the wicked is wrath.
2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, Those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power.
The next three verses clearly state that there are only two eternal destinations:
Matthew 25:46, And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
John 5:28-29, All who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth – those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.
Matthew 13:49-50, So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
God has given each of us a free will to choose where we will spend our eternity.
Deuteronomy 30:19, I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life.
I urge you to choose life through Jesus Christ, while you have the opportunity.
