Jesus said in Mathew 7:13-14 that most people in life are on the wrong road. They have entered the wide gate and are traveling on the broad path that leads to hell. They have yielded to deception and practice a watered-down gospel, which doesn’t confront them with their ungodly way of living. If you have compromised the unchanging message of the Gospel for a self-approved, convenient version of your own, you are on a dangerous road.

Many people have sold their soul for power, money, or fame. Many have formed a partnership with the devil, by standing in agreement with his lies and half-truths. Others are on a path that will lead them to hell because they hold a deep, toxic unforgiveness toward God. They have mistakenly accused Him for allowing the tragedy and suffering they have endured.

In spite of their wrongful thinking and misplaced anger toward God, He remains merciful. While people still have breath, they have the choice to turn from sin, turn to God, and receive forgiveness through Jesus Christ. He alone is God, the only Savior, and they only way to heaven. Acts 4:12 states, “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

If you are someone who has allowed your heart to grow cold or hardened, please repent today, and come to God in humility and honesty. You cannot possess an arrogant, immovable heart and think that you will have an opportunity to surrender your life to God later. You must respond to God when He is drawing you near. You may not have tomorrow. The afterlife is real. Hell is real. You will not merely cease to exist. When you die, you will not have a second chance to make peace with God. You will live an eternity separate from Him.

One second after you die, it will be too late.
