The Kingdom Of God

Why does the Bible say we are to seek the Kingdom of God? What does the Kingdom consist of?

The Kingdom of God, also referred to as the Kingdom of Heaven, includes sharing the gospel (the good news)…about salvation through Jesus Christ.

That Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. – 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

The gospels record the good news that Jesus preached and demonstrated which also includes physical and mental healing, deliverance from demons, provision, protection, and eternal life!

The preaching of the Gospel is to show man the way of salvation, which gives us the only way into heaven…the way to the Kingdom of God!
