Am I Still Saved If I Sin?

Someone recently asked me, “Bill, you said in one of your podcasts that the only sin which sends a person to hell is the rejection of the provision for our sins, which is Jesus Christ.”

They added, “If a man professes to believe in Jesus Christ, lives a secret sinful life and even feels guilt about it, but dies in such a state, will he be saved for his initial confession?”
